Manage a Connector

Check connection state, enable or disable access, reconnect an account, or disconnect a service.

Return to Customize → Connectors when a connected service stops working, should no longer be used, or needs a different account.

Check the current state

Open the Connector and review the connected account and available actions. Depending on the service and current state, Kuse may show controls to enable, disable, reconnect, disconnect, or try the connection.

Open the Connector catalog and review the services available to connect to Kuse.

Understand the difference

  • Disable keeps the connection configuration but stops Kuse from using it until you enable it again.
  • Reconnect repeats authorization, often to repair an expired session or choose another account.
  • Disconnect removes the active connection. Workflows that depend on it can fail until another valid connection is configured.

Re-test dependent Workflows

After changing a connection, manually run each important Workflow that uses it. Do not assume a successful reconnect restores every previous permission.
