Review results and run history

Open the latest Workflow run, inspect its outputs, and compare it with previous runs.

Each Workflow run has its own status and outputs. Open the run record to understand what finished, what failed, and which files were produced.

Start with the latest run

Check whether the run is still running, completed, or failed. A completed status means the process ended; it does not mean the content has been approved.

Open the output

Open every required output and check at least one important section, row, or claim against the inputs. Confirm the file is in the intended output folder.

Open a completed Workflow run, then inspect its generated result.

Use previous runs for comparison

Open an earlier run when you need to compare inputs, output structure, or a recurring issue. Do not assume the latest file replaced every previous result.

Respond to a failed run

Read the visible error and check missing files, expired Connector access, unavailable models, or insufficient Credits. Fix the cause before running again; repeated runs with the same missing context will not improve the result.
