Run a Workflow Manually or on a Schedule
Run a Workflow now, enable a schedule, or pause future scheduled runs.
Run a Workflow manually while testing or when the work is needed on demand. Enable a schedule only after one manual run produces the right result.
Run now
Open the Workflow and choose Run. Confirm the context and output folder before starting. A run can continue while you view other work, but check its status before assuming the output is complete.
Add and enable a schedule
When schedule controls are available, set the recurrence and time shown by the product, then enable the schedule. Review the displayed schedule rather than assuming a time zone that is not shown.
Pause and resume
Pause the schedule when inputs are not ready or the process should stop temporarily. Previous runs and the Workflow definition remain available. Resume when the context and next run time are correct.
Check the result of every important run
A schedule starts work; it does not approve the result. Open the latest run and inspect the produced files before relying on them.
