Choose models for a task

The model picker separates general, image, and video models. Choose the category that matches the work instead of assuming one selection controls every output.

Select a model

1. Open the model picker in the task composer.
2. Choose the relevant category and an available model. Check its description and any credit information shown.
3. Submit a small, representative task and review the result before using the same choice for larger work.

The current picker is the source of truth for model names and availability. A locked or unavailable option may reflect your plan or workspace model settings. For Team restrictions, ask the workspace Owner to check the configuration.

Compare quality and usage

Changing the selected model does not regenerate previous results. To compare models, make a new request with the same sources and output requirements. Review accuracy, editing effort, and the actual usage record rather than judging cost by the model name alone.
