Use a Workflow template
Copy a public Workflow template, replace its example context, connect services, and test it.
A Workflow template is a starting point, not a finished process for your workspace. Using a template creates or reopens your own copy so you can replace the example context and permissions.
Open the template
Open a published template from a Kuse template page or link. If you are signed out, sign in and continue; Kuse can resume the template action after login.
Use the template in your workspace
Choose Use template. Kuse forks the Workflow into your workspace. If you already created a copy from the same template, the action can return you to the existing copy instead of creating duplicates.
Replace context and permissions
Remove example files, choose your output folder, and connect the services the Workflow actually needs. Read the instructions before authorizing a Connector or enabling a schedule.
Test before activation
Run once with fictional or approved data. Open the result, then turn on a schedule only after the copied Workflow works in your workspace.
