Start with a Project

Create a Project, add source files, describe what to make, and check the result.

Prepare the files

  • Choose a small, real task whose result you can check in a few minutes.
  • Prepare two to five related files without sensitive information.

Complete the first task

  1. Create a Project. Name it after the task, such as “August campaign brief” or “Vendor comparison”.
  2. Add the files. Start with the two to five files you prepared.
  3. Describe the result. State the format, audience, and purpose. Do not stop at “analyze these files”.
  4. Set evidence rules. Ask Kuse to use only supported facts and mark uncertain information as “To confirm”.
  5. Open the result. Check that the requested sections or fields are present.
  6. Make one focused revision. Add a missing field, shorten a section, or adapt the result for another reader.

Example: create a project brief

Add a meeting note, an existing brief, and a reference document. Then use this prompt:

Read the files in this Project and create a one-page project brief for a teammate. Include:
- Objective
- Key facts
- Decisions
- Open questions
- Next actions
- Source files

Use only information supported by the files. Mark anything uncertain as “To confirm”.

Check the result

  • Are all requested sections present?
  • Can important facts be traced to a source file, with missing or conflicting details clearly marked?
  • Is the result ready to share or revise with minimal cleanup?

If the result is too broad, reduce the number of source files or specify the format and required sections.
