Publish a Workflow as a template
Publish an available Workflow as a template after checking context, visibility, and private information.
Publish a Workflow as a template only when the Publish as Template action is visible in your workspace. Availability can depend on the current product configuration and how the Workflow was created or shared.
Remove private context first
Review the title, description, instructions, attached files, Connector references, and display fields. A template should explain what the next user must connect without exposing your files, credentials, customer names, or private instructions.
Choose visibility
Use the visibility options shown by the publish dialog. The current product can separate instructions and context in the publish decision. Read the summary before confirming what becomes part of the template.
Understand publish and review states
Publishing can include privacy checks, enrichment, translations, and a gallery review state. A public version can remain live while a newer update is still processing or fails. Read the status shown in Kuse before sharing the URL.
Publish a new version
When the Workflow changes after publication, use the visible update action instead of assuming the public template changed automatically. Open the public link and test Use template after every important update.
