Create a Workflow
Describe repeatable work in plain language, review the generated Workflow, and save it.
Start a Workflow by describing repeatable work in plain language. Kuse turns the description into a draft you can review before any scheduled runs begin.
Name the repeated outcome
Use a title that describes the result, such as “Weekly campaign performance brief.” Avoid names that only describe an input, such as “Marketing files.”
Describe the complete process
State the inputs, the steps Kuse should perform, the output format, the review rules, and where the result should go. Keep time-sensitive values outside the permanent instructions when they change every run.
Review the generated draft
Check the generated instructions, attached context, schedule, and output folder. A generated Workflow is a draft until those parts match the task you actually intend to repeat.
Test once before scheduling
Run the Workflow manually with safe example inputs. Open the output and confirm the structure, source handling, and failure behavior before turning on a schedule.
