Open and save shared files

Open a shared link, review its contents, and save a copy when the owner allows it.

A Kuse file share is private. Open the link, log in to Kuse, and review the shared file or folder without changing the owner's original.

Open and inspect the shared item

Check the title, owner context, expiry, and the files included. Open the result rather than assuming the link points to the latest version.

Save a copy when it is allowed

If Save a copy is available, sign in and choose a destination in your workspace. Your copy is independent of the owner's original; later changes or link deactivation do not update a copy you already saved.

Open the Kuse share link you received, review the shared file, then copy it to your workspace when needed.

Find shared work later

After you open or import the share, it can appear under Shared with me. Removing it from that list does not affect copies you already saved.
